Les Baer 1911 - what holster to get?

I have recently acquired a Les Baer 1911 Monolith Commanche, and because of the long frame/dust cover on this pistol, I'm wondering what holster should I get for it? Would a custom leather be the way to go? Would a railed 1911 holster work? Would a standard holster work? Any input would be appreciated from you 1911 fans out there.
