Been fighting the urge to build a collection of nice Wingmasters covering all the gauges.

Every time I see a picture of a 20ga,16, 410, etc. etc. Wingmaster they look fantastic.

So if you have a new specimen in an on-12 gauge please post em !

Ok, ok, .. there's some really nice 12 ga's too ... don't want to exclude em. If you have a nice one throw er up too.

As long as it's a Wingmaster only would love to see them.

Too bad this hobby is so expensive ... would love to own an example of each gauge.

Late 70's Wingmaster 20 gauge light weight. 6.5 lbs, 28"barrel, fixed Mod choke. My favourite skeet gun. With it I average 21/25 from low gun.

I'm digging that reddish hue in that wood.
Love them Wingmasters...maybe I should scrap the Citori idea and start with the 28 gauge and work my way up.
Great thread so far.

The 28 gauge Wingmaster would be a good investment. Good luck finding one, they sell fast. With the 20 gaugh you could load 3/4 oz and have the same.

On Saturday I checked 28 gauge 3/4 oz #6 hunting loads were $35/box. The 20 gauge 7/8 oz #6 is $10/box.

what a nice thread, I recently discovered the WingMaster and own one from the 70's.
I am getting addicted to collecting them it seems.

Thanks from bringing this thread back up guys.

I can't imagine using them much right now but I'm so temped to purchase a 20 ga. 28 ga. 16 ga & .410 Wingmaster. When I see these WM gauges on the E&E it's so tempting. They are such fantastic looking SG's.

I got one in 28ga it is smooth like butter. It racks with so little effort, I have a 870 police mag, express, BPS, 500, 590A1, and a super nova. If I was in the market for a new pump a wingmaster would be the first and only one my list.

I have lots of wingmasters but very few pictures
Have my full set of factory skeet bought in the 60's plus hunting guns. Pretty much an example right from the 410 to the 3 1/2" 12ga super mag
four 28ga, six 16ga both with fixed choke and the newer choked tube models etc etc. lets just say enough that I don't know exactly how many but I would guess have one for every finger and toe
My favorite would be this matched skeet pair 410/28ga I bought state side some years ago but I love them all :)
My 410 mod and full when I sent the full choke barrel to Briley USA for tubes to be fitted
Cheers

Damn, those are really nice WM's 3macs1 !!

Something about the Wingmaster design I just love.

Only done minimal research but seems like the .410's were available in fixed skeet, fixed mod and fixed full over the years ? Removable chokes would be great in the .410.

I've been really fighting the urge to get one in every gauge ..... (so far all my 870's are 12 ga.)

I love them also always have ever since I got my first new one in 16ga in 1965 which i still have I may add :)
I gathered sets also just for something to do and glad I did. They were also much cheaper back then but believe it or not 28 and 410 were still hard to find
I not sure what the 410 was offered in but know I had one of the three you mention. In fact still have them other than the full choke barrel was tubed by Briley
The skeet and mod are original
I also had a collection of ducks unlimited remingtons and only kept the 870's
I don't have pics of mine but have one in 12 ga and one with a 21" barrel in 20 ga
I have a couple 870 express just because they were a bit odd IMO one in 410, one in 28ga and one in 16ga and just one 12g 3 1/2 turkey special I think it was called
Cheers
