I knew I should have got one from Canada ammo. It's the only .22 I want now, had one and let it go. So stupid

What ammo does it group best with and what size grouping can be expected?
Chrome lined barrels?
Anybody mount a scope on one?
I would be interested if another shipment was to come in.
Thanks.

Got it today.

About 85% of the build quality of my Ruger 10/22

Much better than older norincos.

Bolt is rough and safety is stiff. I expect this to improve with use. Very happy so far, feels nice and solid.

I have an older JW25A marked TU-33/40, I never fired it.
Nice little gun, I would like to find the side mount and scope for it.
Its milled for a top mounted scope and also has a base on the side to mount a scope.
Its about the same dimensions as my 16/33 and 33-40 Mausers.
Is your front sight capable of splitting logs. The front sight is huge compared to any of my other milsurps.
I received one 5 round and two 10 round mags with it.

I have mine scoped with some bushnell glass, with a mount that lets me use my irons still, and it's stupid accurate. No B.S. , I shoot at a tennis ball at 200 m for a challenge, and smack it 1/2 the time, if I do my job. By far, mine is the most accurate of my .22's. I was pleasantly surprised, I didn't expect anything close to that!

One thing to be aware of: the wood is soft, and bruises easily.

The finish is pretty terrible. Then i remembed norinco.

I don't know what you are smoking, but the one I have in my hand is 85-90% of what the Ruger 10/22 is.

Stock is fantastic, magazine is substantial, action feels solid if a little rough

This is a fine firearm, certainly not up to CZ standards, but looks so much better
