Letter series SKS

Found this little gem in my package from Marstar (AK combo).

Not only did I get the 81' Tula AK-74, but I got a letter series SKS. While I am not an expert on the SKS platform (yet), I believe the backwards "N" to signify it as an "I" series?
I know these arent as uncommon as they once were, but I havent been able to come across one yet... so its nice to finally see one in person

Yes the Reverse or Cyrillic N is an I series. Probably the most common of the letter guns. I have one in an original hardwood. But they can come in laminate too. Yours looks great. Nice score.
