Leupold customer service

I just wanted to say tha Im 100% sold on Leupold service and will no longer look at anybody else I called today to get a scope that was given to me (free from a CGN member, a Vari-X II 3-9x40 ) but is in need of a new reticle and I was surpised to here a pleasant voice at the other end. A lady took my call, called me SIR and was very nice and accomadating to my needs. We discussed the problem then I asked the dreaded question of "how long will it atke to fix" she replied around 1 week......wow. Im used the 6 month turn around by Bushnell. SCREW YOU BUSHNELL!! Im now a Leupold guy

Good service is hard to find these days. Nice to hear some companies still provide it. I'm looking to purchase a new scope in the near future.

In most cases you get what you pay for, this is one of them. Does anyone really expect premium warranty service on a $50 chinese scope?

Thats one of the main reasons there is leupold glass on ALL my rifles. Have dealt with the factory as well, always pleasant accomodating people on the end of the line.

I just had a VXIII rebuilt no questions asked.
Only paid the shipping and was back in 2 weeks.

It was an older scope 6x21x40

The warranty center only gets enough work to keep one guy working a couple days a week doing repairs. And they say the Maytag repairman is bored. I've sent exactly zero in for repair, so am not helping his job security much. Fast service is good, not breaking is best. Leupold covers both.

Leupold is the scope most oft used by Professional Trappers over here....because their warranty is good (tried, tested and proven).

I sold a Leupold off a used rifle package I bought here on CGN that I hadn't shot yet. Turned out the scope was no good. I paid the shipping to send it to Leupold's Canada warrenty center in Alberta. The fellow had the repaired scope back in his hands within two weeks and I saved face. Leupolds are on top of my big game rifles for a reason.

There are bushnells that sell for over $700, not all are $50
