Hey guys, I'm in the market for a new mid grade scope. I've been cruising Ebay and ran along the Leupold Euro 30mil. They sit around 400 usd brand new for a 3-9x40 opposed to the VXIII 3.5-10 which is around 400-500$ for a 1" tube.
My question is whats the catch on the price being the same/cheaper for a scope that theoretically should be more (30MM tube)? Is it just the "index matched lenses"? does this system really make THAT much of a difference?
