I can't find any dealers in Canada who sells the Leupold H Serie Burnt bronze

Are you sure this is a Leupold offering?
Leupold has HD series scopes but no burnt bronze I can see.
H series seems like a type of cerakote that can be applied by Gibbs custom shop or any certified applicator.
 
They dont come from leupold like that its a cerakote job. I know that gravel agencie in quebec used to do that job. contact them for more info.

This work has been done after the scope was purchased. Leupold is not offering coated scopes as a catalogued item, and their custom shop scopes are not taped off (the black portion on the turrets).

We have had a couple of scopes cerakoted for projects by Black Box Customs (best optic work we have seen).
