Hi guys! I am hoping someone can help me with a price on leupold lps( leupold premier scope ) it is currently mounted on a browning bar 7mm rem mag. The scope is a 3.5-14x52mm w/ 30mm tube. I have the original box and manual also. I was curious as to a price on scope and was also wondering if I would be better off to sell gun and scope separately or as a package? Any input would be greatly appreciated? Thks in advance RP

Dollar wise your probably better of selling them seperate, but if you do find a buyer that wants both rifle and scope, its a done deal. One time shipping costs and your good to go. If I was selling both, I would put it up as a optional package deal - rifle this price, rifle, scope, rings, & bases this price - and then see what happens. No idea what that scope is worth. If it's in good condition, I would put it up for sale at 20% off retail.

The Leupold Premier LPS that you have originally retailed for about $1600. Leupold eventually abandoned that high end line as it could not compete with the European glass for the money. In excellent shape the scope could get you $1100-$1200 as long as you still have the original scope coat and lens caps on the leather strap as aftermarket caps (proper fitting ones) are impossible to find and Leupold never offered a thread retrofit for these scopes to accommodate the Alumina lens cap line.
I have this same scope mounted on a Sako 75 in 338 WinMag for moose hunting. Excellent glass.

Nice glass, I have an LPS 2.5-10x42. I think the used prices quoted are a bit optimistic, but you can try. I should've bought the last couple I saw on -----. Both went for $6-650. I think $900 is a realistic price.
