Leupold M5 Turrets

Is it possible to have the turrets switched on a leupold mark 4 3.5-10 with m1 turrets in ffp switched to the newer m5 turrets? Where would one go to get this done and how costly would it be?

Here is the reply I got back from Korth Group for anyone who is interested.

"M5 turrets not available at this time. It is likely that the M5 adjuster is not inter changeable on most of the scopes. I am waiting for more engineering specs. The M5 production will be U.S. military for the next several months, so none available to the general public until the troops all have it."
