I would like to know how many MOA would be equal to the 1/4 degree slope of the Leupold Mark 4 base as advertised on their website? I am planning on long range target shooting and was told that it would be a good idea to get an angled base with approximately 10 to 20 MOA.:)

IMHO, you would be better off looking at a Near Manufacturing Picatinney style base.Richard Near offers many different tapered bases for long range shooting.Plus he is Canadian!!!:)

I have a one piece Leupold Mark 4 base on my AICS rig, and the only thing a dislike about it, is that the rail slots are not to Picatinney specs.

SKBY.

Farrell offers a wide range of different sloped bases. We stock some of them. The only catch with them is they are not made to true 1913 spec and must be special ordered to 1913.

If you can live with a 20moa, we stock the TPS line steel $95 plus gst and shipping.
