Leupold Mark 4 picatiny base identification

Hello all, I've come across a Leupold Mark 4 base while cleaning up my reloading room and was hoping for some help identifying it. Its stamped on the bottom side " Rem 700 la lr". Its obviously a Remington 700 long action base, but I was wondering about the " lr ". Is this something other than a 0 moa base? Do the Leupold bases with a 10 or 20 moa cant built into them have that number stamped on them? I'd appreciate any help.

So does the "or stamped into the back of the rail indicate that it's a 15 moa base?

Stupid auto correct....that should have read " lr ".

The LR should mean Long Range. Probably one of the older models, most likely a 20MOA base.
