Leupold Mark 4 Question???

Gents:

A question concerning the Mark 4 scopes with the mil - dot/TMR reticle.

What power setting on the scope is required for the proper use of the mil - dot/TMR reticle to range targets?

I have looked on Leupolds web site and I can't find it or I may have missed it.

If it's a newer Mark 4 with the TMR, IIRC the reticle is located on the first focal plane. As such, you should be able to use the reticle for ranging at any and all of the different magnifications/power settings...

i think 10X is the setting mine was good on...it was an 8.5-25x L/R model mildot.
