Leupold or Tally rings and bases?

Oh the places we will go!!
We are currently having this discussion about which is better? thinking of building a walking varmint gun and this discussion came up and I am trying to decide which is better. What are your opinions?
 
I have both and I am happy with both, so which is better does not enter the discusion. I like Tally's QD system, but for a varmint rig I'd probably go with Leopold's Duel Dove Tail bases or a steel rail which gave me some options as to how far forward or rearward I could mount the scope.
 
Scope Rings

I used both and they are fine but if you want the best I have found for lightness and solid, lap up in very short time, very secure hex locking screws four per ring with locking agent, and shimes included if needed.
They mount right on action like talley's
