Leupold QD Bases

Does anyone have any info on part numbers for Leupold QD bases to fit a commercial Mauser (Parker Hale Midland)?

I recently had a 338-06 BBL installed and I'm trying to finish this rifle and have a load worked up so I can use it this fall for moose, elk, bear and goat hunts.
