Looking for the above for a Tikka Whitetail Hunter, no longer made by Leupold, anyone know of a source? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks-Karl

I suspect the 595/695 Tikkas are drilled and tapped the same as the M65 Tikka that I had a couple years ago. I took a set of Leupold QD bases that were made for a Winchester Model 70 and milled the bottoms flat...the screw spacing is the same......that rifle is out there somewhere...I think a CGN member in the Territories has it now...

i used opti-loks ring and bases for my leupold scope and i have a tikka t3

I am looking specifically for the Leupold QR bases as all my other rifles have these and I like the idea of switching scopes.

The QR gun makers bases would be an option. Brownells #526-500-650 no contour bottom. Assuming its flat. Just drill/counterbore holes to .860" if memory serves me correct and your off to the races.....

They maybe a bit thicker so you may need low rings....of course a mill would fix that.
