Their website doesn't give anywhere specific repair facilities in Canada, they just tell you to call 1-800- LEUPOLD for service info, or you can send them mail in Beaver Oregon.

Found this address in one of their online manuals. Apparently he is the Canadian repair agent for their new scopes. I don't know if he fixes the VX series.

martinbns: The repair center is in Okotoks, Alberta - just south of Calgary. I have the fellow's name and phone number...at home, and I'm currently on the road again. Anyways, phone Russel Sports in Calgary, ask the guys at the gun counter. If you're nice and polite, they'll probably give it to you.
 
Yes Korth is the repair depot and exclusive distributor for Canada and yes they repair the VX series on site. (In my opinion the best warranty depot in the gun business...most of our repairs have been returned in under 2 weeks). Phil.
