Information on the Korth Group , I have a Leupold LRP scope
that requires some technical work and I'm sending it to their
service department in Okotoks Alta..

Anyone have good or not so good service and what should
I be aware of in dealing with warranty and service ?

I have had great service from Korth.
I would get in touch with them, explain the problem your having with your scope and send it in.
I had my scope repaired and back to me in a week.

I did send them an email explaining my scope and they returned the
next day with shipping instructions .
