The medium height rimfire rings for a 3/8" base #54289 list a height of 0.870". Where is this measured from? I am trying to compare their height to other rings, particularly the Talley rings Prophet River carriers, the 100003 & 100004 rings that list a height of 0.300" & 0.400" respectively.
