Leupold ring height

I'm looking to get a pair of PRW rings. They list their height as:

PRW 30mm Medium - 0.97"
PRW 30mm High - 1.09"

How do they measure? From top of the base to mid-tube?

From my measurement the dimension given is from the top of the base to the center of the tube. The PRW's are a litlle more difficult to measure because the top and bottom rings don't split in the middle like most rings. Phil.
