Good morning everyone,

I got in touch with Leupold and Stevens in the USA. I asked how much it would cost to change the reticle on my 36 BR. This is the answer:

Has anyone here in Canada dealt with this company? I've read about the excellent support that the USA Leupold provides their customers. I'm hoping that this level of customer service has followed here on canadian soil.

Service and workmanship from Korth is 100% in my experience. I've had the opportunity to send a number of scopes to Korth, used ones I wanted checked out, a couple for repair, reticles changed, and target turrets added, on others. Their turn around time is very fast. For a while they did not work on Mk-4 scopes, but I believe they do now, for anyone interested.

from the time I sent it in for warranty till the time I got it back was 9 days. Leupold USA referred you to Korth for a reason, a good reason.
