Leupold STD Base and Rings

I'm going to buy a leupold STD base soon, but I can only find 30mm rings for it. Would anyone know if they have 34mm STD rings avalable? If so is there somwhere I can get them in country?

Mounting my extra S&B on my 700, and no, I don't care for rails.

They only have the STD style rings available in the dual dovetail setup.
