Leupold Turn around time

Okay so I am having my doubts on one of my leupolds and I'm sure there is a similar thread but I just searched and couldn't find one. What have you guys been experiencing for turnaround time on a check up at leupold and is the one in alberta the only one for canada? Thanks guys. -matt

I read 5 days, not too bad. I talked to the service manager for Burris Optics and he said 4-6 weeks not including transit. Needless to say, I'm not buying Burris.

It's been a few years for me, but if I remember, it was about 2 weeks total until I had it back. Considering this includes Canada Post shipping times, it's about as fast as you'll get for warranty on anything.

I've had to send one it, it was last year and they sent me a new one within about a week.

I sent one to them from Windsor and it was two weeks, didn't think that was too bad at all.

I sent one in that lost its nitrogen (it was 30 years old) had it back in under 2 weeks, dropped one off on thursday to have some turrets installed and it was ready today.
