Leupold VX-II or VX-III

Other than a price difference, what are the real world differences between a Leupold VX-II and a VX-III series scope?

Is the VX-III worth the extra cash?

I am not cheaping out as I own a few 1000+ scopes, I was just curious.

The VXIII will get you index matched lenses, resettable pointer dials on windage and elev, about 8 more reticle choices to customize to, some have the 30mm tube. All in all both are great products but it is worth the extra money if you can afford it.
