Leupold VX-L Lens Caps finally out!!!

Just received my Leupold Alumina lens covers for my VX-L. They work ausome and attach firmly inside the objective using semi round engagement locks and a gasket. Mine are for the 56mm on the varmint extreme. Was I ever happy to get them to ensure the security of those expensive lenses. The only down side to them is that its another $100 invested in this rig...oh well in for a penny in for a pound! The lens shades are still not out for the VX-L's but I have been told that they too will be along by April - May of '08

I really like the Leupold flip caps, nice quality and add a lot to the look of a rifle.
