Hi
Any Actual Experience on this particular scope, most of the reviews I got and feedback is centered to the Scope Ilumination, is not daylight visible and or the Illumination will come and go. , on paper I like the scope because of its light weight feature and price too, I know some of you will redirect me to the King of the 3 Gun Scope- Swarvo Z6i 1-6 ,or the new Z8i 1-8, well you never know, if I will be nice for the next few days, Santa might drop me a Swarvo, either model will be fine. lol. I love my Razor 1-6, but I rebarreled my rifle from 14.5" to 18" fluted heavy profile , so a lighter scope will help a lot, Thanks

ah...IMO, weight is important but I think for 3-5oz, eye relief and field of view might be more important. I'm looking for a Razor these days because the eye box on my current scope is pretty tight, very tough to line up after running for a while

I have my Razor at the EE, although a buddy of mine asked me if I can hold for him until Friday Dec 9, he really likes the scope with the add ons/ accessories and price too.

So you want to a leading 3gun rifle scopes for something with a little less weight? I have the VX-R Patrol and it works and illumination is daylight visible. I thought the VX6 was higher end so it should be visible also.

If you go the swaro route, the z8i looks pretty slick.

On enos the guys were saying the two models (z6i and z8i) were virtually the same price, not sure why the huge discrepancy in canada

Agree, and also mentioned that Swarvo is phasing out the z6i,

Cereal, Im not sure if the VX6 is on the top end level of scope, haven"t handled or see it personally, most of the comment came from people who had handled the Swarvo and even the Razor and comparing it to the VX6.

According to the Leopold website, the VX-6 1-6x24 scope weighs 14.60 oz / 413.00 grams. (Check at the bottom on the "SPECS" tab.)

I have a VX6 1-6 on my AR.
It has the "fire dot circle" reticle which I find adequate. Illumination is adjustable and certainly daylight visible. Truth be told I rarely use the illuminated reticle feature.
Maybe for close range run and gun, but that's about it.

Thanks 667, I might as well ask about its eye relief and other nice feature about the scope

I have this scope on my AR and I can't imagine a better scope for the 3 gun game. Never been up close to a Swaro but this Leupold does everything I need. Daytime bright red dot, crystal clear glass, light weight. Perfect!!!!!
