Just wanted to share my experience and say how awesome Leupold is to deal with. I sent in a pair of binoculars a week ago with broken eye cups to get fixed. Even over the Christmas holidays one week later a BRAND NEW pair arrived at my house and they even sent the newest model of the binos.
There was nothing wrong with the old ones but the eye cups although the binos had been used and abused over the years from hunting.
I will definitely be a Leupold customer in the future!
