Leupold warranty......

I was wonder who has dealt with Korth in Alberta for warranty work. Were they reasonably quick? I recently bought a gun that came with a Leupold scope but the cross hairs will not focus. The scope does have A.O. and I can get the picture very clear but crosshairs are still fuzzy. No amount of rear eyepiece adjustment will clean it up. Its like a double line/fuzzy.

I did get the scope for free with the gun so I am not complaining in the least. Mainly wondering if I will be in for a 6 month wait...

They were quick for me , I didn't keep track of the time but remember being surprised when it came back sooner than I had expected

I just sent a scope into Korth and I had it back to me fixed and working properly in under a week.
I also spoke to the Korth guys at the Calgary Gun Show as they had a table there and now is the time to send in your scopes as it only gets busier as the summer comes and people start getting ready for the hunting season.

10 weeks and waiting for a replacement scope from Leupold USA. Korth has been very informative and helpful through it all

I though Leupold didn't need a warranty?

I sent two in and one came back pronto.
The other took a bit as they decided to replace it with a new product.
Inventory was low, but I sure can't complain with the way they have
been treating me.
Now Bushnell I have a bone to chew with.
Sent an old scope in and they decided to replace it with a model I did
not want and wrote a note to them explaining why.
Cost me a dubble whammo on shipping charges to rectify their fruck'up.

Korth replaced a Leupold in one week for me, but they had the replacement waiting (sent up from Leupold)
