seem to be down about $30-40 on most models over 2006's price, along with more scopes featuring the LR duplex

this is a good thing :)
 
I dont' know where your comparing Leupold pricing but Canadian wholesale pricing is staying at the same price as last year for the same model even with the lower value of the Canadian $. Some dealers may have lowered their retail price on models that didn't sell as well or on discontinued models. If anyone is looking for a specific model of Leupold give me a call and if we don't have it in stock we will bring it in for you. We are just placing our booking order for 2007 so it's the best time for us to order as long as the item in question is in production.

List price on that model is $571.95 cdn.

Most Dealers don't carry these and the distributor carries small selection of the European 30's'''our price would be $537.00...special order. Phil. Specify duplex of German #4.
 
Leupold Prices

Yeah, they are pricey [new] but then they are a great scope with a fantastic warranty.

And even a better deal when you can find them used. Always popping up on the EE... :cool:

false. pricing has dropped and so has the retail price

check Wholesalesports.com, VXII 3-9x40 is now $409, compared to last years $449
 
T B just because a store chooses to take a lower margin on a product doesn't necessarily mean that there was a decrease in their wholesale price. FS
 
Upon checking my actual wholesale cost on 2006 and 2007 prices for Leupold products they are exactly the same. My operating expenses have of course gone up but these are no concern to the consumer. From reviewing Wholesale Sports on line pricing (not confirmed at the store and no current catalogue to refer to) I note that some items have dropped in price. If in fact these are their new prices we will match these prices. Obviously our competition has decided they can live with lower prices and we will also but at the same time try to retain our high level of in store inventory and customer service. Sorry I did not intend this to be a promo for our store but just trying to clarify the pricing question that was asked in the first place.

I hear you about apologizing for any potential hijack or store promo, but frankly I don't care since your store and staff are number ONE in my books... well, TSE and Wolverine are purty damn good , too. I've supported all of the sponsoring dealers on this CGNutz site and all of you fzcken rock. I mean it.

Without all of your (you CGN dealers) great customer support, we would end up with copious numbers of shztty customer service threads & discussions.

Thanks for bringing great Leupold prices to us!!
