Leupolds prices

The wholesale price that I get reflect no change in price for Leupold from what I paid in Dec. 2006 to Jan. 2007. Leupold Canada reduced their 2006 pricing mid year and this would only be reflected in late purchases as there was no printed pricing for this adjustment. Because I buy constantly and in large quantities my pricing is always current and up to date. todbartell you may be comparing 2006 against 2007 price sheets that may have altered since you got them. I prefer and recommend to fellow CGN'rs to support CGN sponsors, and P&D always have what I need (in stock), and give me the service I want. In that respect, the large retailers cannot compete

I can't say were are competitive on all our products (the Marlin comparison seems extreme) as some of the bigger retailers buy direct and I have to go through a distributor. I agree though if I was shopping and there was a $205 difference I would buy from almost anybody and I wouldn't blame the customers if they did. On optics however we buy at the same price as Wholesalesports and other larger retailers and try to sell at the same or lower prices when possible.
By the way our stainless Marlins were $750 and our blued ones were $650. We have been sold out for several months and can't get anymore.

I had the father in law check the pricing for me a while ago and he must have got the pricing mixed up. I did by a nice VX1 1-4x20 shotgun scope off you after Christmas though!!
I absolutely appreciate the service at P&D and will buy from them whenever possible.Great people and I can actually look at their bullet selection without trying to get some dingbats attention to see if they have what I want.Very good store.!!
