Leupy turrets

I want a turret equipped Leupold for my 7-08 Ti,..or maybe I'll try it on my 280AI..

I have a silver VariX-III 3.5-10X x 40 here that I've had for at least a year and never mounted .....is it worth it to get Korth's to install turrets or should I just get another one with turrets?....how would the 3-9X Tactical compare to the VariX-III?

Have you considered Stoney Point turrets? I installed one (just on the elevation) on a VXIII 3.5-10 (on a 6.5x55 Tikka 695) and it seems to work quite well. It would probably be a lot more cost effective than retro-fitting target turrets.

As I could see more of a need for elevation adjustment, I installed the second turret (they are sold in pairs) on another VXIII 2.5-8. End result: two elevation target turrets for about $75. (P&D carries them )
