I just found out Abbotsford (Thank you Larry) is putting on a level II qualifier match, Dec 17th. This is a indoor match (heated, dry & bright) so the number of competitors will be limited so get your registration in early. Match copy & registration can be found on the IPSC-BC website.

Be sure to specify the squad time you want. And please realize that its first come first served on that. If the 9am squad fills you will be moved to the next squad and so on.

A few questions come to mind.

What software was used to draw up the match copy? It is awesome and I would like to use same.

Why don't the various regions do a better job at keeping the match calendars up to date? Better yet, why doesn't IPSC Canada have a consolidated list of matches and an opt-in mailing list? Or do these exist and I'm just not aware of them? I ask because I would like to compete in other provinces but have a hard time trying to uncover when the matches are due.

wow, great job larry, i really wish i can come. but i have no hope in hell confirming that day is free at this point. good job on the sketch up. i can see that your getting a hang of it.

wish i could be their. maby if i'm around i will stop in and say hi.

Thanks everyone. The match will be limited to 60 people. We already have 7 people signed up so get your registration in fast. Also make sure that your IPSC BC membership is renewed. I will be at Rob's Skills and Drills class tomorrow so anyone going can fill out a registration then.

So it's all done, you can do a lot with a small area it seems.

Big thanks to Larry for putting this on, it was a long day but well worth it. Also congrats to all the new shooters who earned their Black Badge, get out and shoot more, it's fun!

Now to get planning some more.

Agree, thanks a lot to Larry and everybody who helped out. It was my first match and I look forward to shooting more in the future.

And of course the holster I ordered online arrived the day after the match, I guess thats how that works.

See you guys at the next one,

Jay
