Before you go rushing out and buying one, a caution. The extractors are very narrow and if the shell sticks because of black powder fowling for example or a swollen paper shell, they will tear through the rim easily. The original guns were also very sensitive to overlength shells.
The good side is that the lever is very easy to operate.

Ithaca made some years ago. In the late sixties and early seventys. One of the models was called the "buckbuster" There may have been a couple of other models as well. I can't just remember.
