Leverevolution .44 mag.

Has anyone used the 225 grain lever evolutions in a tube mag ruger .44? Do they feed well?? Thanks for your input!

they were designed for tubular magazines.

No problems out of my Marlin 1894. In fact, they soot to the same poa as my 240gr XTP loads.

I similar experience with my 1894. about 2" higher than the 240 XTP @ 100 yards.

yes I do realize this, and have seen them used to great effect in 30-30's but have read of some feeding issues with the old rugers. Hoping for some first hand user info on the ruger .44 carbine tube mag. Thanks to those owners who have responded!

may I offer to solve that problem for you? If so, PM me with your best price and mailing address. Yes, I do have a PAL. :p

thanks...:rolleyes:but i've already found the solution. It loves 240 gr hollowpoints...
