To expand on the whole lefty / righty thing:
When you have the butt into your left shoulder, you're practically looking into the chamber of a right handed bolt gun when you open the bolt, as it ejects to the right. Same with the AR-15, if you are familiar, most people (righties) have to cant the rifle to check the chamber. Lefties don't. This is a huge advantage to a lefty. Remington VSs have fixed magazines, so you have to load the mag from the top, past the opened bolt. This can be a pain, especially so if you have a scope mounted, and even tighter still, if you use a one piece base. If you combine the above with sausage fingers like mine, you are virtually hooped.
The bonus of the right hand ejection if you are a lefty, is you can actually see what you are doing, without craining your neck around the action, or climbing the stock too much.
