LF RCBS "Master" Reloading Kit ect

Anyone know who sells these in Canada? It's an all in one kit, pretty much everything you need to start reloading except for the shell holders and dies. They have them at Cabela's...but they won't ship it to Canada.

Any help would be appreciated.

$399 OUCH!!! Scheels in fargo has a big stack sitting on a shelf for $279 US, got mine there last month.
