LF value on 1938 32 cal 7 shot revolver .

I have friend that has a 1938 32 cal 7 shot revolver .The barrel length is 114.The serial number is NK1** and NK9** .There is no model name .There is a star on the side below the barrel .

Prohibited?

Being that old is it still considered prohibited? (as in .25's and 32's in general being on the prohibited in Canada list)
