There has been alot of exitement over few lucky ones receiving their XCRs lately. The information on their website and the initial reviews of the new owners are very positive.

I'm looking for some objective reviews on this rifle. Can you provide a link or personal review ( please no more of the 'Wow, it looks really cool.' type)

You should search in AR15.com. There are few members who has provided some indepth reviews on XCR and, there actually is one comparison test, though not quite extensive, between XCR, 556, and LW rifle.
