LH Model 70 extractors. What do I have here?

So searching through my bag of extractors yesterday for a milled steel extractor to replace the OEM part on a recent acquisition I came across the extractor on the right. An original OEM part is on the left, a Wisner next, a Williams next and then this one. I assume it is an early production Williams, but for the life of me can't remember. Can anyone offer any insight? Thanks.

I'll say Williams , because of the stamp in the recessed area.
Years ago I called Williams to find out what kind of extractor I had on my .375.
Two days later the boss himself called me back and BS'd with me for an hour.
Smart guy, interesting stories.
