Basically, from what I understand, you'll need certain liability insurance if you want to hunt within the lower mainland. Whether you get this through your local sporting goods store, the range you're a member at or through Silvercore doesn't matter. Bottom line is, you'll need it if you want to hunt in the Fraser Valley.
Usually most ranges offer this insurance with your range membership, but make sure to check if you are a member at a range.
If you aren't, Silvercore is the cheapest around for club membership and insurance.
