I mailed my application at the end of last month(Aug 08), and I have been checking the status of it online since a week ago, it has not shown up(always listed as "There are nobody by that name...etc" red letters.
I am a bit concerned, because, I foolishly put my application inside a priority courier drop box, instead of the mail box(something else was in my mind). I did called the priority courier about the mistake, and placed a post it note, asking for help to deposit it in the mail box. In which, they say that if they found it, they will always put it in the mailbox, and stuff like this has happened before. I starting to regret that I did not use registered mail.
Is the wait really this long? I am planning to call them tomorrow to see if they received it.
Btw, Is the best deal to be had is in this forum? I am looking for a 870, a milsurp rifle(other than mossin), and a Norinco 1911, or their Tokarev variant. Or should I go to marstar instead? Well, all is well only when I received my license......sigh.....such a long wait.
