Is it possible to apply for prohibitted weapons license (if one already has restricted and non restricted), and if so, are there certain requirments to be fulfilled??? Or is it just a grandfathered thing

Just a grandfathered thing. If you don't have it, you will not get it.


(Except for 12-7, which allows you to acquire the prohib firearms of a close deceased relative - and only those they own, nothing else.)
