hey there any one have a very light load for 12ga or 20ga i want my wife to give trap or skeet a try but she has a bad shoulders and dont want her to get hurt fron the re-coil

Are you looking for reload data or factory loads. The lightest factory loads I've shot or seen are the Winchester Feather lights. 7/8oz at something like 950fps. They break 16yrd targets well and have a very low recoil.
Keep her in the 12ga. The little bit of extra weight will help with soaking up some of the recoil.
If you want light 12ga reloading data let me know have a bunch for loads down to 3/4oz . Those are real soft but will only work in a break action or pump gun.

Big "echo" on the light 7/8 oz. - 12 ga. loads for the ladies & youngsters just starting out. Very pleasant to shoot and they break targets very well. The slightly heavier gun also helps, big-time.

JB - if you really want to get her "hooked", get her her own gun, right up-front !
One of the nicest "ladies" guns I've seen is the Beretta 391 SL Parallel Target.
It comes with a "shorter" L.O.P. Buttstock, and has a tighter radius, smaller diameter pistol grip. The Berettas also come with a set of shims to achieve varying amounts of drop & cast. Seem to fit the vast majority of ladies very well ... and are very light in the recoil department with 7/8 oz. loads.

The 391 RL has the shorter length of pull. RL stands for Reduced Length and SL stands for standard length. My 12yr old son shoots a 12ga RL. Its a great soft shooting gun if anyone is looking for something like that.
