Light mount for supernova shotguns

What are you guys out there with supernovas and flashlights using to mate your light to gun. What's available?open to ideas about fabricating my own.

This one attaches to most 12-gauge mag-tubes pretty easily.

Not cheap but, I've used this for a couple of years now. Solid mount and a good guy to deal with.
