Has anyone devised a way to mount a light to a Grizzly 12.5. I don't want the light sticking out past the barrel. If the barrel mount was thin enough to clear the metal in the forend (about 3/16) I would cut the plastic to clear it and then the light would be mounted at about the 2 o'clock beside the barrel. Does anyone know if such a mount exists, or are there any better ideas out there.

You could try the FAB Defense forend CanAm is selling and mount a light on that using scope rings, on the left or right side. A G2 or G3 LED light, or simillar should work well and it won't stick out past the barrel.

How about this. FAB Defence 870 Railed Forend.

If it's a plastic pump handle, what about fiber glassing a different style of mount on? With some care it could look nice.

Heck, could use one of those dynamo powered wind up lights so you'd never have to change batteries again!
