Im having problems with my police positive in 38 special.
i aquired this revolver a couple months ago and its a great little revolver and plenty accurate to boot.
it works fine in single action and double action most of the time but once in a while i get light primer strikes in DA.
the triger is pretty smooth and the pull is fairly light which leads me to believe that maybe someone tuned up the trigger or the spring.
can i adjust the spring to make it strike a little harder or do i need to swap it for a stronger spring.
i know that on a smith, the strain screw can be turned in to up the spring tension but im not sure how to adjust the colt mainspring.
any help would be greartly appreciated.
