Light profile 10-11" AR15 barrels... do they exist ?

Why is it that every SBR barrels are HBAR ?

Is it possible to find light profile 10-11" AR barrels in this country ?
if not, then i guess the only option would be to cut/recrown&thread a 16" M4 profile to 11".

I suspect it's because it is cheaper to manufacture Heavy Barrels, I can't stand them myself and much prefer the "Govt." profile or full skinny barrels especially those 16.1" or shorter.

My LMT 10.5" barrelled upper has the "skinny" USGI profile barrel.

Makes the rifle light and handy.

Seriously, is the M203 cutout in M4 profile barrels prevent in anyway the threading for a flash-hider after cutting it to 10-11 " ?
