Ok, so I got to take the 7.62x39 7.5" at out. 2 out of every 10 Barnaul green lacquered rounds would ftf. Solid looking hits but no primer ignition. Tried the rounds in a cz and an sks. Both fired the rounds.
Shot some corrosive and some norinco white box, no problems.
Running an "enhanced" firing pin and extra strength hammer spring.
Ideas?
