I'm aware of the Harris and Caldwell lightweight bipods, however is there anything else out there that is "petite" than the said two. I'm looking for something very light and small, low profile, body and legs that will attach to the front stud. Many Thanks!

I have used Harris bipods both personally and professionally and they are the best given the choices shown.

One real advantage to the Harris Engineering product is they can be shipped to Kentucky for cleaning or repair.

When contacted, they will advise that if they receive any other than a Harris product . . . it will be recycled.

I shipped two back for $12 and they paid the return postage. Almost as fire proof as Leupold.

horseman2, thanks and I have been using the Harris bipod for about 20 years but wanted something a little sleeker. Since I recently purchased a lighter/smaller gun than than I normally carry I wanted something to match, something less robust than the Harris. Thanks again for the tip!

Youre welcome, I saw his product at dsc. the bipod can convert to a tripod for use with smaller, 50 mm obj spotting scopes. His product is really good, self designed and fabricated.
