Lil" Gun

Overall, I really like the stuff. Seems quite clean, very low pressures - which greatly extends brass life, which can be notoriously short in the Hornet.

Best load I've found so far is 13.5 grains in a fireformed brass (The max published load is actually 13.3 grains. But, I have a very loose chamber in my rifle. If I only size the first 1/8" or so of the neck, I can fit that extra .2 grains in) & a 35gr VMAX - 5-shot groups, all holes touching :)

the killer bee

hi there I use lil gun in my Ruger No1, 218Bee and it works like a hot damm. Max out on the grainage so will not even bother with the info. By using lil gun I have been able to go for a heavier bullet design with lots of jam, case life so far has been 8 reloadings with no real noticable pressure signs.

Yeah, this powder is amazing for the really small stuff. The first really significant advance for the Hornet since 2400 came out :)
