Limb Saver Prefit pad for Tikka T3 ?

Yes, LS has a prefit for the T3 Lite. I purchase and installed one a few weeks ago, haven't tested it yet but it feels way softer then the stock one.

Model 10011 is the one you're looking for, WSS or Russel should carry it. I purchase mine from Reliable.
 
You can get them pre fit but if you have to change your length of pull I would pick up a grind to fit simms pad. They are great pads for taming the recoil.

The Limbsaver pre-fit for the T3 synthetic is a perfect fit. Here's mine on a 338 Win mag. Very comfortable to shoot off the bench with the Limsaver and magnaport. Very punishing before those modifications.

I use ear protection 99% of the time. Only 1 shot per year or so without it. The magnaport is not as loud as other muzzlebreaks, but then again it doesn't reduce recoil as much either. Its very good in reducing muzzle jump (no magnum eye). In fact, you can watch the bullet impact as it goes through the moose.
